Do you rent linens? What colors and fabrics are available?

Our standard rental period is typically for a 24-hour period to allow for convenient setup and takedown. However, we understand that event durations vary. Pricing, Payment & Policies
How much do your event rentals cost?
Rental prices vary depending on the specific items, quantities, and rental duration. The best way to get accurate pricing is to request a free quote through our website or contact us directly with your rental list and event details.
Is there a minimum order amount for rentals?
No, we do not have a minimum order amount. You can rent as few or as many items as needed for your event.
What are your payment methods?
We accept credit cards, debit cards, and cash. Payment details and options will be provided when you finalize your booking.
Do you require a security deposit?
Yes, a security deposit is typically required for rentals, which is refundable upon return of the rentals in good condition as per our rental agreement.
What is your cancellation policy?
For Non-Tent Rentals, cancellations made at least 14 days prior to the rental date are eligible for a refund, minus the security deposit. For Tent Rentals, cancellations must be made at least four (4) weeks prior to receive a refund. Rescheduling is allowed within 12 months of the original booking date, subject to availability.
What happens if rentals are damaged or lost during my event?
You are responsible for the rented items during the rental period. In case of damage or loss beyond normal wear and tear, repair or replacement fees may apply. We recommend reviewing our rental agreement for complete details on liability and damage policies.
