Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for team members who are:

  • Reliable and punctual
  • Professional and customer-friendly
  • Able to lift 25–75 lbs (for event crew roles)
  • Comfortable working weekends and evenings
  • Quick learners with a positive attitude

Experience in events, hospitality, logistics, or warehouse work is a plus—but not required.

Roles We Frequently Hire For

Event Crew / Setup Team

Assist with delivery, setup, and takedown of tents, tables, chairs, stages, and décor.

Warehouse & Inventory Assistants

Prepare orders, organize equipment, clean and maintain rental items.

Delivery Drivers / Crew Leads

Deliver rental equipment, lead crew members, and manage onsite setup.

Event Designers / Decor Assistants

Support styling, décor setup, themes, and custom design installations.

Office & Sales Assistants

Help with customer communication, scheduling, invoicing, and quoting.
