Equipment Rental Only
We provide Cold Spark Machines for rent. Setup, operation, and teardown are the renter’s responsibility unless otherwise arranged.
Permits & Compliance
Cold Spark Machines are classified as special effects simulation equipment (not traditional fireworks). While many Texas cities do not require a pyrotechnics permit for these devices, some venues or local fire marshals may require permits or licensed operators per NFPA 1126 and local fire codes. It is the renter’s responsibility to verify permit and operator requirements with their venue or local authority, obtain necessary approvals, and comply with fire and safety regulations. Occasio Event Rentals provides safety documentation (MSDS, spec sheets) upon request.
Safety & Liability
Renters assume all risks related to the handling and use of the machines and agree to hold Occasio Event Rentals harmless from any claims or damages. Machines must be operated in accordance with the provided instructions.
